Rachel graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology in Windsor, Ontario, in 2023, completing her 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program. In July 2024, she relocated to Red Deer with her son and is excited to continue building connections within the community.
Rachel offers a range of massage therapy techniques, including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, joint play, and trigger point therapy. She is also trained in cupping and kinesiology taping, allowing her to tailor each treatment to the individual needs and goals of her clients.
Rachel believes massage therapy can play an important role in supporting recovery, reducing tension, improving mobility, and helping people feel their best. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients and creating treatment plans that support their overall health and well-being.
She is a registered member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA).
Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys gardening, growing herbs and plants, and spending quality time with her son.
