Therapeutic Massage to Help You Feel Better and Move Freely

At Reform Health + Wellness, massage therapy is more than relaxation

It’s a powerful tool to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce pain, and support your body’s natural recovery. Our massage therapists create personalized treatments tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, training hard, or simply looking to reduce stress.

What is Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy is a powerful, hands-on treatment that releases muscle tension, improves circulation, reduces pain, and accelerates recovery. At our Red Deer clinic, therapeutic massage goes far beyond relaxation — it’s an active part of your healing and performance plan.

Our massage therapists use a variety of targeted techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles from daily life, recovering from injury, or looking to enhance mobility and reduce stress, we customize every session to your specific needs and goals — helping you feel better, move freer, and recover faster

Conditions We Commonly Treat

  • Postural strain from desk work or repetitive activities
  • Headaches and migraines (tension-related)
  • Recovery from training or physical activity

What to Expect

Your First Visit: Your initial appointment typically lasts 60 minutes. Your massage therapist will review your health history, discuss your concerns and goals, and assess areas of tension or restriction.

Treatment is tailored to your needs and may include a combination of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, or myofascial release. You’ll receive aftercare advice to help prolong the benefits of your session.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing. You will be properly draped at all times for comfort and privacy.

Follow-Up Visits: Follow-up sessions are usually 60 minutes depending on your goals. Your therapist will track your progress and adjust the treatment focus as needed. Many patients benefit from regular sessions as part of an ongoing wellness or recovery plan.
