Our Story
Reform Health + Wellness is proudly rooted in Red Deer. Dr. Courtney Means was born and raised here, and after years of advanced training and practice across North America, she and her husband Dr. Seth Means are excited to bring their expertise home to serve the Central Alberta community.
For the past five years, Drs. Courtney and Seth owned and operated Okanagan Integrative Health in Kelowna, BC. What began as a vision for truly integrated care grew into a thriving multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, kinesiology, and counselling services. They built a reputation for results-driven, collaborative care that helped thousands of patients—from weekend warriors to professional athletes—achieve meaningful, lasting improvements.
Now, they are bringing that same proven model to Red Deer with an even greater vision: to create a premier, state-of-the-art wellness destination where the best practitioners in their fields work together to deliver exceptional outcomes for every patient.
