Hi, I’m Kelly. I believe that understanding ourselves is often the first step toward changing the patterns that keep us stuck.

Maybe anxiety is taking up too much space, burnout has left you feeling disconnected from yourself, past experiences are affecting your present, or the same arguments keep showing up in your relationship. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you can be honest about what’s happening and work toward something different.

My background includes addictions counselling across community, private and inpatient settings. This experience has shaped my understanding of human behaviour, the importance of connection, and the complexity of change.

I work with adults and couples, drawing on strengths-based, attachment-informed and cognitive behavioural approaches, alongside EMDR and nervous-system regulation strategies. In couples therapy, I incorporate the Gottman Method to help partners understand relationship patterns, navigate conflict, rebuild trust and strengthen their connection.

My approach is collaborative, practical and tailored to you. Together, we work to understand what keeps you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop tools you can use in everyday life. Therapy can involve difficult conversations and challenging old beliefs, but there’s room for new perspectives, meaningful progress and the occasional laugh along the way.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #21608), as well as a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am also an Associate Addiction Counsellor (ACC), with additional training in EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2, Trauma-Informed Care, Enhanced Emergency Sexual Assault Services Training, and HeartMath.
