4. Appointment Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling system (Jane App), by phone, or in person.
Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other patients.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment (no-show), may result in a cancellation fee of up to the full value of the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellation and no-show fees are the responsibility of the patient and are generally not covered by insurance.
- We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations, and we will review them on a case-by-case basis.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment so that subsequent patients are not delayed. The full appointment fee still applies.

- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
